Kerrin's lovely Romantic Cushion is embellished with designs from Romantic K-Lace® and More Baskets of K-Lace®. She stitched the lace heart motif and the heart edging lace with rayon embroidery thread, then stitched 2 rows of decorative stitching before applying the edging lace and appliquéing the heart on the cushion. She stitched 13 segments of ruffle lace from More Baskets in rayon embroidery thread and joined them to make a ruffled lace trim around the cushion just inside the fabric ruffle. The beautiful result is shown above.
